I bring together yoga, aquatic therapy, meditation, energy healing, dance, constellation work, emotional release techniques and guided reflective writing to create a comprehensive and embodied healing experience.
My work is rooted in a neuro-psycho-somatic approach, supporting the nervous system, emotional processing, and conscious awareness. This includes gentle, trauma-informed exploration of shadow work, meeting the parts of ourselves that have been unseen, unheard, or unintegrated and alchemizing them into deeper truth and inner freedom.
Each modality I work with serves one intention:
to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, restore balance, and return to yourself with clarity and compassion.
